Question How would you value this kind of hitter?

This is not just for TPSL but sim leagues in general. Just thought I'd get opinions.

Okay, there's this hitter who has a ton of power and draws walks like Adam Dunn. But he's a low contact guy and routinely ends up in the top five for strikeouts. This is not Adam Dunn, despite sounding very similar. Okay, despite never hitting for average and striking out more than Rob Deere, the guy is usually always in the top ten for walks, homeruns, slugging, and RBI. He is nothing special on defense and has no speed. But is extremely popular.

Now is this guy worth 8-10 million a year?

    Stat highlights:
Struck out 212 times once, has hit 200 or more 4 times in his career.
Has hit 50 or more twice, 60 or more once, and 40 or more 8 times.
Has finished with less than 100 rbis only 2 times in his career
    Career slugging is .500 plus

If he is on a team with a decent revenue capablity, AND he is batting 5th behind at least two guys with .380+ OBP... I say he is worth every penny. 100+ RBI is definitely worth it.
