I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

First topic of the night: Curt Schilling, who, like Browntown, made his not-so-triumphant debut, albeit it was yesterday: 5 IP, 6 ER, against the Royals. Should the s0x be encouraged? Bwitty, enlighten us.

How could the Sox possibly be encouraged when their supposed to be ace goes 5 innings while giving up 6 ER against the ROYALS. He is obviously not ready to play since his ERA is 6.89. It is tought for anyone to recover from an injury but at the age of 39 it becomes even harder. There is no way that the Red Sox could possibly be excited to see Curt tumble and crumble like he soon will. I don't see him ever fully recovering from this injury at least not anytime soon. With the Yankees only 2.5 back the Red Sox need Curt.

Another thing is...the Red Sox moral could've been boosted before schilling was about to comeback because they knew they would get what they needed to win the WS. How can their moral be right now that he is pitching terrible and continuously failing at whatever job he is given?

the royals are a team who were giving up more runs than they scored, and then they go around and get 6 in 5 against the "ace"? they should definatly be worried about this. this isn't something you hope for. they put curt into the rotation against the royals to hopefully get a good game out of him, and it totally backfired.

curt isn't the same pitcher he was, lets face it. he's done. finished. let him go stare at the bloody sock in the hall.
