Those aren't very impressive prospects, in fact, one of them is kinda old with no development. Braun is just, awesome infinity.. and only 26 with a cheap contract. No, make this part of the new guys learning.

That's all you settle on? Braun's barely older than those guys and he's a shit ton better.

yeah but if they fill out they could be very nice. and Braun isn't as unstoppable as you make him out to be. His 6 avoid k's is a bit of a downside. I'm gonna stay out of voting on this one just because I did help piece it together, but I do think it's definitely passable

Flowers avoid k is 6. He's also like 2 years younger and nowhere near Braun's ratings. Viciedo has no speed or defense and just a pedestrian 7 contact, 7 gap.. really exciting there. Beckham would make a solid #2 in the order if he ever developes, but he has no power, defense and won't do much on the base paths.

By comparison, Braun, 26.. 8-9-10-7-5 out of 9-10-10-7-6. Makes only 6.2mill till 2016. Clearly this is a guy you so desperately want to dump.

    Great help you are.

I am fine with it. I think it is our job to prevent horrible trades. This is not one of those IMO. Plus the catching spec is not too far off from realizing his full potential.

    I dunno about this one...
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

I think it is also our job to protect new GMs from being ripped off. I don't know Mista Rights resume, but he is new to me. Braun is such a good player signed to such a good contract, that I don't think I could pass it even if Mission was GM of the Brewers. Well...maybe in that case. lol I just don't think the spects are very impressive... not for a player with ratings like Braun. Flowers is almost too old to even be considered a spect. His ratings are alright, but not great.

sorry guys, but i have to fail this one.

I don't think we should vary whether or not we approve a trade based on the relative experience of the participants.

If a new GM gets ripped off in a slightly unbalanced trade that's not so unblanced that it'd hurt the league then let him do it.

    That's how you learn.
