I seriously doubt that a 7 endurance would all of the sudden make him even decent. I've had 5 endurance guys with lesser ratings pitch better as a starter. The endurance doesn't matter. If he's tired, the game pulls him. Moya has been flat out terrible in the innings pitched. Why would a longer endurance make a difference? He had a career year for ERA last season...5.64.

A team like Boston can afford the risk and who knows I suppose. I just think that if a pitcher can't do well in the NL in this league, then they're sunk. He may need to go to the pen.

I think his point was you probably could have gotten him cheaper since no wanted him last year, not that you couldn't use him. And he's right because you were the only one to make an offer to him.
