    poor Mark Ellis. All these talent losses unrelated to an injury. I know he's 33, but he shouldn't have fallen apart like this:

    Tuesday 6/6/2010 :
    Mark Ellis plate discipline seems to have faded...
    Mark Ellis has lost some power to the gaps...
    Tuesday 6/27/2010 :
    Mark Ellis seems to have lost some bat speed, resulting in less contact...
    Tuesday 7/18/2010 :
    Mark Ellis has lost some power...
    Tuesday 7/25/2010 :
    Mark Ellis seems to have lost some bat speed, resulting in less contact...

    And my 28 year old catcher lost contact talent for no reason...down to a 5 and his ratings fell to 5 as well

    And this from earlier in the year for no reason to a 22 year old that was filled out:

    Friday 4/28/2010 :
    Steve Bader has lost some power...
    Steve Bader plate discipline seems to have faded...

    At least he's still good.

    10 game lead with all the other teams below .500. Burdette making a strong play for MVP perhaps with Pritchett doing the same for the Cy.
