Best and most complete game this team has played in a very, very long time. What a heck of a win. Now to carry it over to Monday vs. Pitt. That's going to be a good game as long as they don't pull another Georgetown on the road.
Agreed completely. That was a very well played game, we looked better than I've seen us in a long time.

Hopefully this momentum can carry over to the game in Pitt, but we also have to worry about Pitt coming out looking for retribution.

Brown said to me yesterday, "we just lost, Pitt isn't losing 2 in a row" and my first reaction was shit you're right, but then I remembered UNC lost 2 in a row. So I'm still holding out for this. It's gonna be a tough game to win though...

It'll be difficult, but if we play like we did yesterday, I think we have a good shot to give Pitt a run for their money.

The loss today is just a crushing one. Some absolutely awful officiating down the stretch of this game was painful, but the Cuse only have themselves to blame. 21 offensive rebounds by Louisville is just unacceptable. They have a lot of work to do in order to beat some of those top-tier teams.

There were plenty of BS calls by the refs(Rautins was called for a foul when he got hit by a mac truck.....both of devo's offensive fouls, etc), but I blame this loss on inconsistency. They didn't get the ball inside, and when the refs are screwing around, you can't afford to be up and down. Shitty loss, I just hope Andy is ok....

he looked like he was in a ton of pain but thank god it's his ankle and not his knee again. Although ankles can be nagging

From my vantage point at the game, it looked like his knee. It took me till I got back to the dorm to find out it wasn't. Either way, it looked ugly. I just hope he'll be ok sooner than later.

I thought so too. Even I'm wrong every so often They are a very physical, strong team, that's for sure. Destroyed us on the boards

They destroy most on the boards and they have outstanding defense. Typical Pitino team.

They're a good team, their lineup is strong, their defense dominated us, and we came out flat. It happens. I'm just glad those last 4 games are finally over.

Marquette is undefeated in the same conference, but I don't think they're better than ND, Gtown, Uconn, or Cuse.....

Well lets be fair, Marquette hasn't come close to playing the schedule Louisville has.
