Motorsports - Are you a fan?

Simple question goes out to you the fine people of S3F.

I don't want you to simply think of NASCAR here. Though many will, lets for a moment think of other forms. How about the world stage, and F1 racing. The beauty of sports car racing. The power of drag racing. The pure insanity of going sideways on the back roads in a forest in a rally car. How about the best form of "oval" racing, heading out to the local short track be it asphalt or dirt, watch late models, sprint cars, midgets, or the what not

I occasionally watch NASCAR...but most the powersports racing I watch is X-Games type stuff...rally x, moto x, stuff like that.

not really. I may watch the Indy 500 and the Daytona 500, but thats about it. if i watch it during the rest of the seasons, its only by happenstance.

I'm the stadium announcer for a motocross track in upstate NY, called Motomasters in Mexico, NY. I enjoy motocross for about 3 hours. But 10 straight hours of motocross is pure torture. At least I make some good money for it

You know what, I forgot to throw in Motocross in my description. Great sport, but I can see how it would be torture after that long.

It's quite dangerous too. In a given weekend we had 5 ambulance visits, one guy being paralyzed.
