Yes, the wrestling is choreographed, which can be argued as different from outright "fake". Yes, the injuries are often real. But when a douchebag enters a discussion to call it "fake" he's obviously insinuating that wrestling fans think the storylines are real and that the results are not predetermined, so there's no need to feed that perception by getting into a semantics debate about whether or not it's "fake" because people can get legitimately injured while pretending to fight.
