Netflix doesn't allow you to rate 1/2 stars on movies even though the star rating they guess for you allows for half stars.
Sometimes a movie is good enough that I'd rather not give it the marginal rating that 3 stars suggests but it's not good enough that I'd want to give it the very good rating that 4 stars suggest. But I'm forced to choose between underrating it or overrating it. (you can interchange the number of stars in that complaint, obviously)
