The reason I don't think Beane will trade Zito is I would not want Heilman at all...the guy really isn't that good of a reliever and I'm not sure about Lastings either, he seemed pretty shaky when he was called up by the Mets. He could become a pretty good outfielder in the next few years though.

And I wasn't talking about his comment when the A's played the Fathers...someone said Zito said he wanted to be traded to San Diego weeks before the A's played in SD.
I just don't think either team should move either guy. Milledge can replace Floyd next year and The A's are on top in the West. Moving Zito doesn't help the A's cause as all they got is pitching.
