    2013 Free Agency Round 1: 10/23 6:00 PM EST - 10/25 6:00 PM EST

Same format as last year. This period will be 5 days in the game. Keep PM's to a max of two. Players may not like your team for whatever reason. And if you message me with enough time in front of the deadline, I will reply back that they did not even take your offer into consideration, that way you can offer to someone else. I can not withdraw offers on the same day (round) they were made. And if you have more offers than cash, well, that's your fault.

All offers are entered and the bidding is blind. The player chooses his team essentially. Players sometimes will not listen to an offer for no other reason than the game is set to not let teams overload via FA and sign all the top talent there. It's pretty much random from what I heard but it doesn't have to do with your record or anything like that. This is why it's best to get your offers in early in case a certain player or two will not listen to your team's offers.

    Format is as follows:
Florida Marlins offer 2B Scott Hairston 2 years at 8 mil per
Team offers Position Player x amount of years for x amount of cash per year

If you new GM's have any questions, post here and I am sure someone will help you out.

Do not send offers in early unless you want them deleted.

I plan to make some offers this time but they were posted elsewhere on a forum where you do not have the ability to edit your messages. A link will be provided if anyone suspects any foul play if I had a winning bid or whatnot.

Your trade looked to be a veto and then had some change votes but any other trades were sent in too late. I am not dealing with the others since they were too late.

Blah, I sent in my offers thinking about the trading deadline and not the FA deadline.

    Stupid.

If any player tells me they don't like my organization then I will curse them just like I did to Jesse Foppert

I feel sorry for the guy who signs Rene Reyes then is completely unable to move him since he's so popular.
