    Yankees Mets @ Yankees 6/14/09

Series 1-1. Currently 4-0 Yankees up, bottom of the 4th, Burnett and Santana are on the mound. It'd be nice to pick up a win today as we have a tough 3 game series coming up against the Nationals.

Johan gets pulled after only throwing 3 innings after Jeter improved to 3-3 on the day by hitting an RBI single. Brian Stokes comes into relief. This is the shortest outing for Johan since September 26th 2007 against the Tigers.

Damon doubles to left, Teixeira loads the bases, A-rod up to the plate. 8-0, bases loaded and no one out.

Holy shit A-rod, are you kidding me? A-rod grounds out to short and they turn a DP tagging Damon running to third and then getting the force at second. At least he brought in Jeter from 3rd though.

Cabrera sends a shot to deep left center scoring 2 more runs but gets thrown out trying to stretch it into a triple. Yankees scored 9 runs that inning and are now currently winning, 13-0.

Alex Cora, both times, DID NOT SWING. Obviously that wasn't the difference in the game, but at 4-0 with the bases loaded, he got completely hosed on the first call.

I don't know if I want to watch this team anymore.

These are usually the types of games ARod has his best game sin. When the score is out of control and rhere's no pressure but he was 0-4, maybe this is a good sign?
