Yankees This has got to be the weirdest Subway Series ever

If the Yankees win. It would be a complete road split, Mets sweep at Yankee Stadium, Yankees could sweep at Shea Stadium, on the last year ever for those ballparks.

That would make for approximately 40,000 pissed off home fans per game...240,000 pissed of fans total...wow. I wouldn't wanna piss off 240,000 New Yorkers...

Tough loss, Perez just stymied our offense all day, the Mets had good pitching today.

Wow. Great game today, neither offense really dominated, but I think that was because of great pitching. Delgado and Betemit each hit ABSOLUTE BOMBS, and the Mets bullpen held it's own. Nice series guys!

For some reason the Yankees cannot hit Oliver Perez, I just don't gte it. I knnow we lost the season series but that was more a product of the weather and scheduling. If there's not a rainout we likely win at leats 1 at home but w/ the whackiness in Pitt then 4 games in 3 days after that and especially w/ 3 of the 4 pitchers we had going for us it was a good job to get the split this weekend.
