The only way Pavano could make up for it is......well he can't. Giving money back would be a good start. He seems to be doing well in his rehab starts so maybe he can help. The Blu Jays are coming up which is a huge series for both teams. Believe it or not, Jays are as much in the hunt for October as the Yankees.

I was shocked to see them doing so well but here they are. This is an amazing game we follow.

Many...but I am interested to see if he could help out the club. I would really like to see him pitch and see what he still has left.

If he has anything left, that is. Although, if we consider that he's playing for his next contract, he may have reason to perform well....

If I was catching for him for the rest of the season, he would only throw perfect games.

That my fellow americans is a FACTUAL!!!!!

Jason...if you caught him for one game, Pavano would be unable to throw anything but perfect games for the rest of his career...

As Rodriguez said, "Really, no one has ever questioned Pavano's ability."
I think of the 1,104 members here, most have questioned his ability. But good try ARod, way to stand by your man.

No one questioned his ability....just his toughness, desire, frailty, and psyche.

Obviously if he pitches well it could be a big boost. We sure could use a sweep in Baltimore this weekend and it would be nice if he at least earns a few dollars of that $40 mil.

Pavano gave up three runs in five innings but is in line for the win which is all that matters.

We couldn't ask for much more out of him. He struggled a bit the first 2 innings but overall pitched well and gave us a much needed W. Hopefully we can finish off the sweep today.

    I said 5 IP, 8 H, 3 R...I was pretty damn close
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.
