You know what amuses me about baseball is when people go "YOU CAN'T MEASURE CLUTCH!" and then state things like "Jeter's batting .500 with runners in scoring position" --- aka, he is being clutch, and it is being measured.

I've got 100 on the difference being 3 - 5 runs and another 100 on Rivera or Wagner getting a save...so yea, it would have to be a 3 run difference for both to come true...stay this way please

I have 50 more riding on the 3-5 runs, and 50 riding on a Reyes SB.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

Another strikeout for Clippard, nice pitch on the outside corner.

David Wright is sat down after Clippard finishes him off with a fastball at the knees. Clippard was all like "Yeah, what you want? I am T-Clip *****."

    He's not T-Clip.
    He's Ty-y Clips.

The proper way to do baseball nicknames imo is to take the first syllable of the first name and the first syllable of the last name. Add a -y to the first name and an s to the last name and bam.

Cano looked pretty confident there, snagged a well-hit ball and took his time on the throw...these little things are important after an awful defensive game like yesterday. He has the potential to be a very good 2B and has made some spectacular plays but needs to be more consistent.

Base hit for LoDuca. I would go ahead and pitch to Easley though despite Maine being up next...they would love to have Maine lead off the next inning I'm sure.

I bet Maine won't stay in there next inning if Easley goes down here, so it probably won't matter.

Maybe so, but on the streets he's known as T-Clip. He's part of the gang that is over 20, but looks like a like a little leaguer when in uniform. Trust me, you do not want to mess with those ****ers, they'll cut you good.

Clippard needs to focus on cutting open those gigantic pimples on his chin before he comes after me. I'm not gonna hurt the guy, but those pimples are gonna kill his shot with the ladies.

If he keeps pitching like this, it won't matter.
