Thread: N.L. Pitcher of April

John Maine. 1.35 ERA and a 4-0 record. He's been pretty dominant with a pretty good K rate, and consistently going 7+ IP in each start but one.

Honorable Mention: Mark Hendrickson. Leads the Major Leagues with a 1.30 ERA (min 20 IP) and he had a 0.69 WHIP before todays start. The whip might have gone down already as he allowed only 3 hits and 1 walk (and 7 K's) but the stats havent been updated yet.

Who woulda thought these two clowns would be doing so well?

    I did.

    Hendrickson at least.

DK told me to drop him, but I kept him, and it helps minutely.

Looks like that No. 251 DIPS ERA caught up with Matt Cain tonight.

    A little normalization at work.

Homer: We're proud of you, boy.

Bart: Thanks, Dad. But part of this D-minus belongs to God.
