Thanks for the comments fellas. I should have changed the font I know but I was starting to get impatient with it and wanted to finish it.

Visually it's nice, especially considering your experience (much better than most.) I'd change the font and move it's placement. Perhaps a bit smaller in size and move it to the right of the jersey. I'd also either do lower case or all caps on it.
