    Vazquez on the move again?

    http://x.go.com/cgi/x.pl?goto=http:/...111102&srvc=sz

Vazquez hopes to pitch closer to East Coast by ESPN writer Jayson Stark.

I know I brought this up when the Yanks were trying to get the Unit but would you all be against getting Vazquez for Pena from Arizona or at least bringing it up to them and seeing what sort of reaction it gets?

Great K rate, low walk rate. Way too many bombs.

    Oh well.

Is Ohio far enough East for him? Other than that, he is questionable and I would say no because he does give up too many HRs (35 this last season). He also makes 11 million dollars these days. Imagine what he could command at GABP.

There's a lot of things I love about Vazquez (great stuff, the strikeouts, on the younger side somewhat) but as Saber pointed out, the HR's given up is troubling especially if he came to GABP. Remember what happened when we brought in two pitchers with a career history of letting the ball fly out of the park....
