I beg to differ, Keppinger is one of the best hitters in the league. I just don't think other teams believe in it.

All Kemp knows how to do is hit....if they pull him out of the line-up for Gonzo it will be a travasty of justice and all things baseball.

Pretty much a hit and run that worked perfectly there as Keppinger drives in BP on a basehit to LF.

    4-3 Reds!

He can hit but he's a punch and judy hitter. Phillips has a lot more power and would get Dunner some more fastballs in the late innings.

I see that, but when Dunn takes his walks (leads the league with 10), Keppinger will be up to move him over. Then again, you are right, someone should have power behind him as well.

    What is your proposed lineup?

Hatteberg gets the basehit to RF. Runners on the corners with 1 out for Valentin

Valentin with the RBI basehit to LF! 5-3 Reds. 5 hits this inning from Reds sticks. Finally a good hitting performance now.

Patterson has been a plesent surprise, but I feel he is just having a good month. Bruce is the answer.

Patterson wlaks to load the bases for Freel. This is where we need Keppinger batting 2nd.
