    Jim ****ing Bowden!!!

OK, I saw on ESPNNews that the Red Sox interviewed Jim Bowden.

WHY??? HE BOMBED IN CINCY! BOMBED!

Egads, I don't want a freaking retread GM who was good enough to work with the likes of Steve "Closest I'm Getting to Becoming a GM is a Simulated Press Conference" Phillips and John Kruk. Woohoo, you signed Cristian Guzman and Vinny Castilla to play in a pitching heavy park. My goodness, why would they hire him? I've heard from the Reds fans he is pretty scummy.

Christ, Depo's out there. Get him if you want someone intelligent to push around. He'd be a PR disaster, but he doesn't give a ****! The scary thing is that Dan Duquette could be my real choice of what's out there, or maybe a guy like Krivsky (Minnesota), or someone who is an assistant now. Give me a GM with a successful past or give me a fresh face.

Then out of fairness to the others you will be Slagathor.

And yes, Duquette was sarcasm, he still kicks Bowden's ass.

The Sox are supposedly going to interview Beattie (former BAL), Antonetti (CLE assistant), LaCava (TOR director of personnel)

Bill Lajoie was rehired today. Of course, if Henry could fire Lucchino and get Theo back...

He also got Jose Guillen and the Nationals had a great year compared to the year before. I do agree its a very bad choice for Boston.

Eh he might be alright, like refer said he did a pretty solid job for the Nats. Also, how dumb were those simulated press conf. with the ESPN guys asking the questions, dumbest thing I've seen on ESPN since Stephen A Smith.

The kind of genius that signed Vinny Castilla and Cristian Guzman is just what Boston needs.

Get ready for the wearing of leather pants and affairs with hairdressers.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him end up with the Red Sox from the indications I've seen.

Just hope you don't keep him around for 10 years like we did. At least you aren't adding O'Brien.

Homer: We're proud of you, boy.

Bart: Thanks, Dad. But part of this D-minus belongs to God.
