    Sabremetrician of The Year

(Each poster can nominate up to 5 for this award.)
Who do you suspect to have a mini-altar dedicated to Bill James in their room? Prefers a computer to a scout? Simply put, who is the most knowledgeable in regards to the world of stats in baseball.

And for those still a little lost, have you ever seen those crazy acronyms that appear foreign to you? It's likely the stat expert referencing a number he feels essential to the statistical analysis he's making. You might not know what the heck he's talking about, but he'll battle you to the death arguing how valid those stats are.

And my vote goes to McKain - I'm not sure he even watches baseball, he just inputs all the boxscores into his computer and studies them. At night, he sleeps next to his copy of Bill James' Historical Baseball Abstract.

    I don't have that book.

Someone buy it for me for Christmas

This is one of the only awards I actually have knowledge of (in terms of who fits the criteria), and I have to nominate myself, and Saber, of course.

    I have it.

    I've yellowed every page.

Oh, and I hate all of you.

Don't worry Saber; you'll still win and your ego will be stroked. I'm too unknown to win the award.
