i... doubt it. im thinking theyre just giving him a ruthless edge, i guess? i expect him to continue to play the tweener role hes been kinda playing, but still with the announcers talking him up as if hes a face.

as for last night... i really enjoyed the hardys/sheamus-cesaro. i liked joe/brock, although the ending was kinda abrupt... though i do think it was a pretty nice showcase for joe, rollins/wyatt and neville/tozawa. braun/roman was alright. i kinda zoned out during alexa/sasha after i saw alexas booty out the bottom of her shorts, and miz/ambrose because im tired of seeing that match.

Did #FireRoadDogg really trend after/during Battleground? I didn't get to see it but everyone I talk to said after the Hardy's match it SUCKED!

I wouldn't say it sucked. It was about in par with their typical lackluster ppvs

Did Shinsuke really just beat Cena Clean on a SD? Why the hell are they wasting this on a SD with 1 week build?

i think it was done just as a surprise really. no idea where this leaves cena for summerslam... corbin, i guess? cena goes over corbin early in the night, nakamura finally ends the reign of mahal... corbin cashes on nakamura to become the champ? seems plausible, i guess.

I hate how they have to show us Carmella holding the case and watching the match reminding us over and over that she can cash in anytime.

The case is great when they just let you forget about it short of seeing the holder holding it when they're on screen and maybe bragging about it, but when the champ is there just focus on their current match/feud.

Then If/when it happens it becomes the surprise instead of just what they kept telling you can happen.

    Re: Official WWE/TNA/ROH Thread

i agree with your point by the way. i just dont care about either of the briefcase holders, and they havent done much to change that... so just keep pushing the case down our throats, til they fail. because i feel like that does more for future cash ins... the belief that the champ could actually retain.
