i actually watched it, and knew it was gonna happen. in one way, i think lashley is a more legit world champion than eric young... even though ill never forget the beat down chad griggs gave him in the legitimate fighting world. and chad griggs is a fucking bum. on the other hand... i probably wont watch tna again until i read somewhere that aries, joe or roode is the champ again anyway, so who cares.

its kinda sad too... because i actually really enjoyed the wolves vs joe/aries vs abyss/hardys alter ego... its just that the rest of the show was totally unwatchable.

    BTW Contract Match:
    Dean Ambrose
    Seth Rollins
    RVD
    Dolph Ziggler
    Kofi
    Slyvester... I mean Jack Swagger
I've got some Baad News for you.

My money would be on Rollins to help drive home the fact why he left Shield to begin with. I don't see him carrying it long.

I would say that if not for the fact the belts were on the other one this might be the more memorable one.
If I were to rate likelyhood of each
    Most: Rollins
2nd: Ambrose (theres freaking gold mines just waiting to be tapped)
    3rd: Barrett
4th: Kofi (there to sell the match with his craziness)
5th: Dolph (I believe the WWE has permanently squashed him)
6th: Swagger (been there done that)
7th: RVD (I don't see WWE giving the belt to this part timer)
HollywoodLeo: You and Kingdom always annoy me

    Re: Official WWE Thread

So, we're all pretty much in agreement that Reigns or Cena(WINSLOL) are winning the belt and Ambrose or Rollins are winning the case, right? (I could see Barrett or Ziggler winning it, in case they have another injury when someone is champion, so they don't have to abeyance it again...)

Anything else interesting on the card? New tag champs, maybe? Naomi/Paige?

cena and rollins would be the obvious results, with a maybe for ambrose for the case. id imagine the winner of the world title one is facing lesnar at summerslam. that would indicate cena is the winner.

Cesaro wins the strap to set up his face turn and break away from Heyman?

They'd more likely have Heyman inadvertantly cost him the strap while trying to interfere if they were wanting to go that way.

I like how in the promo for his video one minute Batista says he doesn't care if he's cheered or booed but then later on says he wishes the fans would have responded to him better in his return.

    Re: Official WWE Thread

I like one idea I have heard for Sunday. Main Event the Title Ladder match and towards the end have a moment where Roman Reigns is the only one standing. Out comes HHH (or have him ringside as "support" for Orton) and he pedigrees Reigns. After this Seth Rollins walks down to the ring with the briefcase, cashes in, and wins the title(s).

From this you can continue towards Reigns/HHH at Summer Slam using Orton as a bridge at NOC.
You can continue Ambrose vs Rollins (which is absolute gold btw).
Cena is free to move toward the rumored brawl with Lesnar (and you don't piss off every male fan left in the WWE).
Set up a spot to spin off Sheamus vs Wyatt

And that's my official prediction for MITB WHC Ladder Match.

If Cena, Orton, or Sheamus wins (without an immediate cash in by Ambrose, Rollins, or Barrett) then its time for another sabbatical from all WWE programming other than reviews/dirt sheets to see if I care about what I read.

Didn't they pretty much ignore him though?

He got the Bootista chant because he got lumped in there with the belt when everyone wanted Daniel Bryan to be in that spot. I actually started caring more about Batista when he showed he understood what his role should be (see spending more time on his back than the Bellas behind the curtain). Its why RVD (IMO) is so universally cheered, the fans know he'll be entertaining but he's not going to be in the main title picture. Batista was put in that spot because of HHH and the fans resented him for it. Batista isn't the Rock, he doesn't bring the new eyes the Rock did.
