    Nationals MacDougal A Goner

Mike MacDougal has decided to exercise an out clause in his contract that allowed him to leave the Nationals' affiliate at Triple-A Syracuse.
The Nationals have until Wednesday to add MacDougal to the 25-man roster, after which point he'll automatically become a free agent.
This is truly a shocker to me. With all the Nats bullpen issues, they wouldn't give a former closer a chance to pitch. I'm sure MacDougal can pitch better than more than half the relievers they have. Some team will grab him if he isn;t added to the 25-man roster.

This is a good move by Mike. He's better than the Nats AAA team, and he knows it

I agree. I mean really? He's can't be worse than Tavarez, Hanrahan, Kip Wells, Beimel, Mock, and Kensing have been...
