You have 2 options for ST and 2 options only; you can either choose "coaches' suggestions" or nothing. There are no manual changes for ST. Post in this thread if you choose coaches' suggestions. You don't need to post if you're not choosing that; "nothing" is the default for everyone unless you post otherwise.

You may continue to send roster moves (please check the FAQ if you're unsure how), but do not send lineups/rotations until after ST has been run. I'll post when opening day is at some point after that.
