I'm going to stop really quick-- just double checking on a few here... Purcey, Blalock, Albers, Veal, and Hansen inparticular... they are in your minor leagues or have been most of the yr-- are you sure you want to give them big extensions? i dont mean to question your motives, but most of the players you are re-signing have either been in the minors or just terrible during the past few years and since you just re-joined up, I'm not so sure you noticed that.

I'd suggest just reading some of the other extensions threads to get a feel on which types of players are worth what, and just get to know your team a little. Because if you hand out deals to everyone who is a FA to be, most of the time it will cripple your team down the road. Atleast give some of these guys a chance to play before re-signing them to multi-year contracts...

Not trying to be condescending at all... just trying to help out. a lot of those guys are fringe players at best who aren't worth that type of money... if you go by ratings, they might look good, but that doesn't mean they're going to perform to their capabilities.

Yeah you make a very solid point. Thanks for catching that, I'm definitely not someone with lots of experience. I think I've only been doing sim leagues for a few months now but yeah I think I'll figure out something else to offer them. Thank you.
