Live broadcasting via FTP. That link obviously isn't broadcasting now, but when it is, it goes along with the in-game play-by-play and updates as I sim the live game. I'm going to do the all-star game live from now on, and re-do some other things about it too... but I'm also going to try to do a "live" game of the month sort of deal. So every other sim perhaps, maybe every other other if it becomes to tedious on me or too time consuming for others to take place in, I'll pick one game on the schedule and let two GMs manage against eachother.

Tomorrow maybe I'll do two. It would be awesome if you'd try it out with someone if you have the time. I anticipate it should run smoothly if everyone cooperates. If you don't have time though, I understand as you didn't quite get the concept at first. :P

How do you do this? Might be a good idea for TBSL in the future.

It's with Baltimore sir. He's a late night guy, but I'm not so sure what his schedule is or if he's ever been in a flash chat. His aim is: BostonBaySockers ... he's usually on late at night from what I remember. Catch him tonight maybe and link him to the post, see if he'd be up for it tomorrow. It'll happen around 9:00 or 10:00 ish edt.

well, I just meant if it were a playoff situation and that's what you were doing, then go ahead. I'd understand that. If it's regular season and I have choice, then I just assume pass to be honest. You know me, I like to keep things moving when they're running nice and smoothly like they have been

Dig it entirely. If this becomes too time-consuming, I will keep it limited, trust me... I'm not one to bring more onto myself than I need, that's the last thing I try to do.


Right now I'm thinking the all-star game will be how I laid it out, and then it'll be up to the two GMs in the world series if they want to try a game or two like this in flash chat. As for the live sim of the month idea, this is partly a test to see how smooth we can run it, and if it goes well I'll keep doing it.
