Try to keep PMs limited to two total. If a player doesn't like your orgnazation or wants to play for a winning team, and you get your offer in with enough time remaining in the round, I will PM you back and let you know so you can submit an offer to another player. The sooner you can make your offers in each round, the better, as it gives me more time to get back to you.
