i couldnt be bothered to go throug hthe bottom feeders in terms of ratings when going through the fa list, so if i missed somebody let me know and ill edit it. this isnt the final list, because nick still has to do his rating calculation version of compensation... i didnt make that up, so i dont know how it works, and i dont feel like reading right now. but this should be a good basis for him to start at.
