    Re: 2010 Predictions

    AL East
NY Yanks - I guess they want to restore the universe
Tampa Bay - Would you want to pitch to Longoria-Tejada-D Young and McCann?
Baltimore - Can their bullpen keep them from losing leads?
Boston - You would think with 130 million dollars they would have a better bullpen.
Toronto - 100 losses? Its possible.

    AL Central
Detroit - Miles ahead of the division, Also the youngest team in the division.
Kansas City - Even if they get Cordero, they don't have enough weapons.
Cleveland - They could catch fire and finish 2nd....big IF.
Chicago (A) - They cant score runs, but dont expect them to give them up.
Minnesota - No trash talking this season.

    AL West
Oakland - Probably primed for a late playoff run. Better rotation than..
Seattle - Offensively they can hold up with Oakland...but can the revamped pitching staff gel at all?
    Texas- By default because....
LA Angels - They are finding ball boys for roster spots

WC- Wide open between BAL, TB, SEA, BOS
    AL Champ - Detroit

    NL East
Florida - Does Mission ever lose at anything? SBSL season 1 doesn't count.
Washington - Good luck Dam catching him.
Mets- Todd Helton needs a raise.
Philly - Maybe if Brett Myers pitched like he plots pranks on Kendrick.
Atlanta - Once upon a time, this team was good....

    NL Central
Cincinnati - Who needs a bullpen with that rotation.
Milwaukee - Will fight tooth and nail with the Reds.
St Louis - Only because the other 4 teams dont have Johan and Pujols
Chicago - has the power of a 10 year old girl in the lineup.
Houston - Only because of Roy Oswalt.
Pittsburgh - Only seems like a rightful place... bring back Bobby Bo.

    NL West of DOOM.
    Los Angeles - Could
    Arizona - Go
    San Francisco - Either
    Colorado - Way
San Diego - except yours, congrats with the #1 pick.

NL Wildcard - Will come from the NL West of DOOM
    NL Champ - Los Angeles

    WS Champ - Detroit

so is like 4 of my pitchers (ok 3... webb, scherzer and owings)... fact of the matter is, i have no predictions on anything because my team always tends to underacheive and disappoint me. we'll see whats good this year.

but yes, i will say this... the nl west is filthy with the dodgers, rockies, the yankees of hte west (giants) and myself. padres are building up their spects, and rightfully so... right as the 4 of us are on the decline, the padres should be on the way up, if they do it right.

Great scenario, but... for the most part, our teams are pretty young.

I've got Braun too. No one can beat a 1-2 combo like that.

I call my rotation Cain and Able. Because Matt Cain is a beast, and everyone else is pretty... able.

Also, if my recent trade passes I just upgraded my lineup... and speed.

You can always deal me one of the ables... we should just exchange SPs. Yes, great idea.

Once my pitching begins to deteriorate, my team is toast...

I expect big things from Clayton Tanner this year though... should be one of the best #4 starters in the league.
