    Well, Adrian Beltre just exploded that month... Nick forgot to enter my changes with Pie, but I didnt have a terrible sim, so I don't care...

    Considering 3/5 of my rotation has been a barrel full of suck, its hard to be that disappointed... Hopefully Zito and Lincecum remember how to pitch next sim...

    Interesting sim...fell a half game behind STL in the Central.

    Development news, first the good:

    Mark Rogers seems to have improved his pure stuff!
    Now 10-6-9, hoohaa

    Bad news:
    Francisco Rodriguez's control seems to have taken a bump...
    His 7.43 ERA not bad enough, I guess.

    The ugly:
    J.J. Hardy was injured while throwing a ball.
    Diagnosis: Torn Rotator Cuff Muscle.
    He is definitely out for the season!


    Ugh...it sucks a lot, but I have the depth to at least make up for it pretty well with Weeks, Hall, DeRosa, Mackowiak, Phillips and some serviceable middle IFs...
    I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

    Omer Jones's control seems to have taken a bump...
    he's down to 7-6-10
    my two best SP prospects are almost useless at the MLB level now

    He can still be solid like your guy, just not ..nearly as good.

    Prior and Wood are 20-2 with an ERA under 3. I knew those cub pitchers would turn it back around one day, haha.

    Who said the AL Central was weak? Home of the best record in the AL (Detroit), and top 2 Wild Cards (KC and Chicago). Okay enough about the entire league.

    The State of the KC Royals:
    -Josh Beckett has been worth EVERY penny. 9-1 with a 2.34 ERA, Projected to win 22 games.
    -Fan Interest is up from 31 to 39.
    -The Pen still sucks.

    Batting AVG: .298 (4th)
    Homeruns: 59 (T-22nd)
    Walks: 213 (27th)
    Stolen Bases: 58 (21st)
    Runs Scored: 395 (10th)

    Pitching ERA: 4.86 (12th)
    Opponents AVG: .274 (13th)
    HRs Allowed: 69 (16th)
    Walks Allowed: 243 (15th)
    Runs Allowed: 368 (17th)

    Still room for improvement would love to see Hochey or Schlosser step up and take a spot.

    I need to adjust the lineups some Feliz's luck has run out (was hoping hed repeat and be a grade B FA).

    Got one reliever on the way pending approval still probably need 1 or 2 more. Greinke finally figure out he doesnt completely suck??? I hope so.
