I'm not strict with deadlines, just use your judgement and get them in as early as possible and not up to the last minute.

Incase you don't know how spring training works, this is how:




You have 20 points to spread about as you'd like, or you can teach a new role... you can subtract or add points to different training methods. For example, you can go 7 contact hitting, 3 power, 8 strikezone judgement, 2 defense... or something like that.

Same goes for pitching.

There is an option to let the coaches auto the spring training modifiers for you.

Please PM me your modifiers or post them here, whether it be you want the coach to do them, or you're doing them. If you don't send me anything, I will leave it at default (5-5-5-5).

i've never done coaches choice in one of the strike3 leagues, just because the coaches used to always piss me off with their choices in my own personal runs with OOTP... but eh, **** it, lets change the pace

HOLY SHIT! Take a look at Delgado! was a 5/6 contact and 8 power and 9 eye and after some secret potion is 7 contact 8 power and 8 eye!! Now if he can just bat .270 with a decent OBP and OPS... as a sub.

Eddy Rodriguez's secret potion sure backfired.
