    guzmans got some nice potential and is almost ready, but perez is pretty decent too and is still only 27.

    so it's a pass... kind of a wash, since their ratings are similar. guzman's just younger, and less developed.

    No reason not to let this pass. I think Perez is being overvalued a bit, but he is a decent player.

    perez tends to be overvalued in OOTP because hes a valuable/versatile player... thumbs up from me on this one
