    I've got low enough needs that I can probably afford to overpay someone this offseason, especially with the alternative being to give the farm for someone.

    Gendreau's road splits were never good.

    I'll try to resign him, but I doubt I have a shot as someone will pay him based on his ratings and then later be disappointed by his production
