The trade passing that I disagreed with is irrelevant here. I was simply saying that was might be able to get someone to trade a stud young sp for players he doesn't want. And should be able to do so with out a wahhhhhhhh comment from someone else who did the same thing

Also, I decided to trade Mauer while his value was highest because I had Brown waiting in the wings. I'll have gone 2 months without a stud catcher. I think it was a smart move given the return.

I traded Cabrera because he refused to extend.

I am currently trying to both contend and rebuild... an impossible task. Because of the actions of other GMs in my division, I may be able to win the division with a .500 record. I don't begrudge Phillyfan for rebuilding, but the other two are inactive, so I must make decisions in my best interest.

One last question... When was the last time, I criticized a move that you made?
