I don't think this team would be a serious threat in the playoffs if they happen to make it and I think as a GM, I could do better than what the current talent looks like. And a re-build with me is not a complete tear it down style, I haven't lost my mind... yet.

This is the first year since I took over the Angels and trying to figure things out that I have been below 500 this late in the season. Hopefully my team will be 500 as i continue to try and fix the square pegs in round hole problems I have. Still looking to move some vets if you think youre 1 or 2 pieces from being a championship caliber team.

I'n been neglecting some of my guys in the minors that should be in the Majors now. I've been focusing more on the league, and not worrying about my team. I didn't think we would have a chance to compete this season.

I forget my teams needed moves through out the year more times than I count in my league. Funny how that works, you're so focused on other people's teams, you forget all about your own.
