Can we live draft three rounds since we have about 72 top prospects?
Because the draft happens first in the off-season, drafting 3 rounds will take a long time without the chat option. I'm not sure if that chat is an option and even then the same 7 - 8 people show up for those things anyway. If it's an option, I can do that...but to board draft 3 rounds...that will take forever.
Mission doesn't seem to be on / post much lately. I'm not sure if chat room is an option. Even if it is, who knows when it would be activated?

I say we do the first round as planned, then start free agency while keeping the thread open and we get as far as we get.
Or is the draft before free agency?
I'm not sure what would happen if I simmed a day (FA) after starting the draft. I would have to backup the league file and give it a shot. If it didn't work, then we would have to wait anyway. The FA offers would be in provided that I backed up the file after the 1st round of FAs were submitted...then we'd be stuck until the draft were over anyway.

Deep drafts will happen every 4 - 5 years; they will not be an annual occurrence.
