TBSL Scrap Period will begin at 2 AM Friday

GF and I will not post ours til 210 AM at the earliest

Next year we might develop a system where ours will be put into a predetermined spot (rotating basis determined 7-10 years in advance-this would prevent us from stacking it based on if we have a good/bad team) If you have any thoughts feel free to let us know.

Remember, scraps are all 1-year deals

That's the point. Nobody's online to get cheap first dibs. Whoever gets on in the morning first gets them.

That way nobody is randomly online when it's posted and gets a free first shot

I still think that the 4th round of FA's should be posted BEFORE, the scrap thread becomes valid. And 2 AM EST (thats what I'm assuming) is 11 PM PST. You basically are giving the West Coasters the advantage, and night owls as well. Maybe blind bidding via PM, best 1 year offer wins would be a better choice than 1st come first serve.

Agree with that... if over a period of 3 years there is too good talent left for scraps we'll re-evaluate then... but we shouldn't make changes unless we have to.
