Point is, your pitchers sucked before we contracted.
Its also freaking Safeco Field. You would think the park effect would help some.

Also your staring pitchers are all having career best years so far, except Elbert.

Brad Lincoln- 4.02 ERA, 1.57 WHIP (Career 4.60 ERA, 1.35 WHIP)
Deltoro- 4.05 ERA, 1.18 WHIP (Last season 5.33 ERA, 1.40 WHIP)
Sanchez- 4.39 ERA, 1.45 WHIP (Career 5.06 ERA, 1.51 WHIP)
Myers- 2.64 ERA, 1.17 WHIP (Career 4.25 ERA, 1.35 WHIP)

well, only 2 out 30 MLB teams have a team ERA over 5.00 and 14 out of 28 TSSL teams do. I'll look into making some tweaks after this season.

the good news is that the hitting stats aren't that far off...the overall pitching just sucks I guess.

OK, from some of the stuff I've read I think the numbers may be skewed due to there being too much hitting talent. Deep draft after deep draft will do that I think. Contraction plays a role, too I'm sure. We'll see what happens the next few seasons since the draft is no longer being edited. I don't think the numbers are too terrible. We've definitely got a lot of offense though. There are still plenty of great seasons by pitchers, too.
