you just read my mind. lol i was about to mention that. I will post more details tomorrow, but here is a summary.

This year there will be no limits... that will most likely change next season. There are a lot of players this year, the pool is deeper than usual. The main rule is that you must look at your financial report to see how much money your team has available for free agents. Do NOT go over that amount. If you drafted a Dream player, then deduct $5Mil from your free agent money so that you can afford to pay him.

Also....early offers are best, because I can let you know if players refuse to talk to your team in time for you to make new offers.

that's different. your logic would be correct for a specific, scheduled event, like a draft. however, in this case, it's just a matter of a certain amount of time to get offers in. if someone's busy on thursday, they can do it before thursday, like on tuesday. however, for me, with such little time given, i am busy the entire free agency period. so extending it just for a day gives those who actually have lives to live them while still being able to get offers in

What if someone is busy all of the time?

Life takes precedence over sim leagues...we all know that. But if you can't take 20 minutes out of your schedule to look at the free agents, then you are telling us that your life specifically takes precedence...and in that case, go to hell.

I go and do shit all the time, I have work starting soon, and I have to go in to help with stuff there, I have Yankee tickets, I help my dad in his business on the side and I can find 20 minutes.

So, go make videotapes of yourself pitching, post on the forums routinely every day, and then tell me that "you have no time."

I noticed that Nick announced he was starting free agency this morning, and the deadline is 5:00pm Wed. I think General only gave about 24 hours for free agency in his league. I made the announcement Sunday night....3 days in advance. The complete list will probably be up tonight... which will be 48 hours in advance. I don't think that is so bad, and I think it's about the same as in most leagues. I don't want to give too much time, because we need to keep things moving forward. I want to make sure everyone has time, that's why I gave the heads up yesterday. That usually isn't done.

i'm not really complaining Crazy, I'm just simply stating what would be best for me. 3 days after the draft class is up would be nice.

But that's because you can find time to sim in the other league...well just delay that, I don't think anyone will *****...life isn't perfect, and if you aren't willing to move things around, then miss the shit.

Prov, you, crazy, mission and general...oh, and nick (), all know how lazy I am with lineups...they take me 25-30 minutes to make in the beginning of the season, and I'm far to busy to change them every sim.

But do I ask for sims to be delayed or whine because I was moving from 630-1200? No. I ****ing deal.
