Thanks a lot Crazy. He was actually #1 on my list anyway. I originally intended on being there, but my dad wants me to sell his baseball collectibles, and I got lost in the amazing stuff he has...

Oh god forbid he would be gone by the time the 1st overall pick rolled around.

NICE got a sick pitching prospect to go along with jeffress and bartz. when all 3 fill out, i will have a NASTY rotation. now time to get some hitting in the real draft.

love having the first pick all hail my pick 'em greatness

Roger Clemens was already developed. And he's only a year older...

Still think that was risky for first overall...

And as far as the draft, I'm picking 2nd

I didn't do a lot of scouting to be honest, I wasn't expecting to get the #1 pick, and besides, there's so many good players it didn't really matter to me. Plus, he's 8-8-10 out of 9-10-10, that's plenty developed for being a year younger. Bailey also has a higher GB %. And....his name's freakin Sweetbreads. I couldn't pass that up. I just needed one more nasty pitcher. And I got him. Now I work on hitting in the real draft.

Fernando Valenzuela is already filled out at 10-8-10 and throws harder than Pancakes, not to mention he is a year younger. Man, to be the lucky guy who got him...

I was torn between Valenzuela and Blue...Blue is 2 years younger and if he finishes filling out he's be 10,9,9,10...currently he's 9,7,9,10. I'm very happy with him. He's only 21 and I shouldn't have too much of a problem resigning him when the time comes since he doesn't need a winner and has average loyalty. I liked Fernando because he was only 23, loyal, and filled out. In the end I went with Blue for the age, the better control if he fills out, and as a plus he is an Athletic. Both were left-handed, which is always a plus in my book.

The Dream Draft was really kinda hard to actually scout and rank the players that you want in any special order because there are so many studs in that league. I think everyone ended up with a player that is going to be an imediate help to there club and there are a lot of other players still in the Dream League that are still huge.
