-You may only sign up to 3 players before ST is run because I do not want a few teams signing everyone that is useful and give everyone a chance

-After ST you may sign players to heart's desire

-All offers are for 1 year only

-The player(s) need to accept the amount that you offer (sometimes they may want more)

-Anyone that said they needed a winning team or didn't like your organization will potentially sign with you now

-PM all offers to me: Now through Sunday (06/01) at 1PM EDT



ST Sim

-The sim will be around 3PM EDT Sunday (06/01)...the deadline for information will be 2PM EDT

-Post here or PM me if you want "coaches suggestions"

-No PM or post here will result in the default settings of 5's across the board

-PM if you want to change a few of the players on your own...just please keep it within reason (8 players max). I will not enter manual changes for your entire team...

If manual changes are not in order (noted below), they will not be entered correctly. Here is a breakdown if you want to do some manual changes:

hitters
there are 4 categories (in order: contact, power, eye, and defense) for a total of 20 points. You can spread them out how you want...if you want a player to learn a new position, then you'll have to spread out 15 points and use 5 of the points to do so.

pitchers
there are 4 categories (in order: stuff, velocity, control, and stamina) for a total of 20 points. You can spread them out you want as well. If you want a pitcher to learn a new role, then you'll have to spread out 15 points and use 5 of the points to do so.

Example: Joe Blow - CF

default setting: contact 5, power 5, eye 5, defense 5 = 20

You could change it to:

6,6,6,2
5,6,5,4
4,3,4,4 + learn position (position players only)

whatever you choose, the total will be 20.

Note
Only promotions and demotions (along with ST changes) can be made at this time. No lineups, rotations, and etc. You can send those after the ST sim. Thanks!

it's the ST sim...you don't have to do anything if you don't want to. Coaches suggestions means the game will automatically make changes to the categories explained in the first post. Basically, it will try to improve the current ratings for some players in some of the categories. If you increase one area, it takes away from another. For example if you try to work on a pitchers control and make it 7 (instead of 5), but lower the velocity to 3 (instead of 5), then the player's current control may increase while his velocity may decrease. There is no guarantee.

ST doesn't usually have a huge impact on anything. I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself if you're inexperienced. I would go with coaches suggestions or nothing...most people go with coaches suggestions. Read the first post again to see if it makes sense now that I've hopefully explained it a little better...if not, feel free to ask away.

yea, it's usually a safe choice...they it won't make changes to every player. It only makes changes for players that it feels need help in a certain area. Typically, very little is changed...a current rating point here and there for your team. I usually choose that option myself.
