    Offseason stuff: Relocation, contraction, etc

    I'm contracting 2 teams this offseason, Houson and Philly. Their players will enter the FA pool and will make up the bulk of the FA class. Their top prospects will be handled personally by me; most likely, they will be assigned to teams with the worst prospect systems in the league (socialism works!)

    Also, we will be doing relocation this offseason. It's on me, wont cost ya anything. Feel free to start posting here now, as this will be the relocation thread...I need a team city, name, 3 minor league team names, and a logo that is 150 by 150 pixels and .bmp in file format.

    Why not find a way to put the prospects in the ammy draft? It would just make the ammy draft better. Or contraction draft even.. contraction free agency is insane.
