I've never had them turned on before in my league and I've never been in a league with them. It is a feature that I would like to try out though. Also....waivers and rule 5 at a later date.

Yeah Scouts change ratings so most leagues tend to turn it off.

yeah, i think we should just turn them off, maybe you can play around with them on the side, and if you like them, you can turn them on at a later date. rule 5 and waivers should be interesting though
