I'd prefer the live draft for the first couple rounds, and blind draft from then on out. That way everyone could pick the guys they want to build around. Doesn't matter much to me either way though.

i like the fantasy/blind draft, but i also think that you should look them over first and see if they are even remotely fair. because you should redo it if a few teams got shafted

I like this idea...either live or list draft for the first few rounds. I add the list option, because live drafts can be difficult since its tough to find a time where everyone can be on at the same time. I do like being able to pick at least your fiirst few players. Like I said though, I'm good with blind draft too. Those are exciting in their own way. lol

Blind Snake draft would be good. Or anything so that it changes the order for every round .
