The difference being you've been here from the beginning with the same team. That and Vader is still a solid 5.0 spec at 9,9,9.

Prov's damned if he does, damned if he doesn't.

He leaves the pick alone and people complain that we need to "restart"

He makes the pick a realistic 1st overall pick and others complain.

MrD is pretty new at this (I am as well) but I'll see if I can explain the ratings thing to him a bit better.

I may be a tad biased with this opinion, but my opinion is to let him keep the mulligan Prov gave him and let him keep whatever choices he makes from here on, even if he drafts a 1.0 prospect in the 2nd round.

edit: looks like Prov agreed with my opinion, albeit with extra, more substantiated reasoning.

Yea and then if/when this guy bails, Cincinnati is even more unattractive than it already is. Do you know how many friggin' GMs that team has gone through? I'm not going to let that happen. Sorry. Bumping that player's ratings up did not alter the rest of the draft. Everything else stayed the same. So don't worry about it.

If it happens again, I won't fix it, but I'm not going to have the #1 pick wasted considering this guy just took over and hasn't really sent changes since taking over. Are any of you going to pony up and find someone to replace him if/when he leaves? Oh, wait there are 2 openings now that no one has helped fill despite this league running nonstop and so on

it's all good...but bumping that 1 player up doesn't effect the rest of the draft. He gets this 1 freebie and that will be it as far as that goes. If it were a more experienced person or someone that has been in this league for a while, then I would have left it alone. I really don't know how else to explain it, but I'm not all about bending over the new meat so-to-speak

it's no problem bro...if you were already happy with it, then you'll be happier because I made him better for the reasons I stated. 4.0 is not terrible by any means, but not really worth of the 1st pick...at least not in this league

Uh, some of us have filled teams actually, I'm pretty sure you would have 4 spots open if I didn't bring over a couple of my friends, so don't take this out on all of us
