As much as you want to change his nickname. It will remain King.

You should change it to Bill Pulsipher

Acquiring Escobar from Houston will help the 5th spot in the rotation. If he can repeat his last 2 seasons. I will be very strong at pitching this season. This is to counter the Anaheim move for Oswalt.

A good spring for Chris Snelling earned him the leadoff spot.

    Oswalt vs. Hernandez

    Thompson vs. Liriano

    Zito vs. Burnett

    Hagerty vs. Escobar

    Ennis vs. Hernandez

However, if Lester reverts back to old form, he's immediately back in the rotation and your chances are over.

    Re: 2010 Seattle Mariners

Then again if Hernandez does what he did from May on in 2009
Liriano decides that hes on a winning team now and Burnett repeats last year and Escobar just stays in one piece to repeat his recent success. My chances are pretty good

All they have to do is get the game thru 5 innings with a Lead. The bullpen can get it done.
