    Reds looking for a bat

Preferrably under 30 with decent contact and power. Any position will do.

Also, I am trying to move Ryan Wagner, so if there are any takers, please let me know.

Some moveable bats the Cubs have:

Not under 30, but 30 on the dot.
RF Jaque Jones: 6-7-7-6 with 5 speed, and 9 defense in right, 7 outfield arm.

He's 32, but might be a good bat for you. Free agent after this year
    2B Todd Walker: 6-8-6-5 (7-8-6-5 talent)

    C Michael Barrett: 7-9-6-4-7

2B Jerry Hairston Jr.: 7-8-4-6-8, 7 speed, 9 defense (can also play anywhere in the OF)

SS Juan Uribe: He's 26 so I value him the most out of these guys 6-8-6-5 (7-8-6-5 talent) 7 speed with 7 defense at 2B and 8 defense at SS. He has an 8 infield arm. Anyways let me know if you're interested in anybody.

I have a couple of options that might interest you...

    1B Dan Johnson 2.5 star
    LF Nick Swisher 2.5 star
    2B/Util Antonio Perez 2.5 star
    2B Mark Ellis 3.0 star
    RF Milton Bradley 2.5 star

I'm really not in a rush to deal any of them... but if the right deal came along, I wouldn't oppose dealing either player.

Even though I got Huff, the Reds still are looking for another bat.

Casey, no. Griffey, no. Jenkins, not on my top 5 list, but I might inquire anyway.

Griffey was a joke... a very SICK joke... I do have Erstad and Gibbons... Gibbons would be pretty cheap. Erstad would be a little more but not much.

I know. If it weren't for him making $12.5 million, I'd possibly say yes.

Because Griffey is my boy. The only reason I traded him was due to his salary.
