Also, are you just going to delete those imports, or fix their talents? They're prolly unnecessary to keep around if you just want to go ahead and delete them. Two are pretty old anyways.

This is incorrect. MLB draft order is always determined by season record.

I stand corrected...I guess I was thinking of football.

so again, are we using a straight draft or a snake draft for this?

I say snake for free agents, because that's what I have done in the past. The ammy draft will always be staight.

What's the point of a snake now? Before it of made since because the order was totally random. Now it's based off last year's records. With that it's going by talent. So a team like KC needs the higher picks to build off of. Where a team like St. Louis doesn't need that much talent. If we're going off last year's records we shoudl just do it like a normal draft, and have it be straight.

The amateur drafts don't have as much talent as this.

I will post screen caps tomorrow with the specs sorted out based on star rating. That should help.

As far as the type of draft, if you all want snake, then we can do it that way.

Plus old guys, cause I'm sure someone could use Bautista, the axe man Urbina, or if the defectors are left in the pool (gomez and jacobo would be nice quick fixes).

Maybe someone could paste the draft class that included Longoria, LaPorta, BArd, Buck, Melancon... etc.etc.etc. Thus making it fair to all.

Redsfan, **** the screencaps. Let people do their research.

Hey, ya won't catch me nappin'. I'll get the research done. My thoughts were that if the commish mistakenly put the draft class in w/ the FA's, then just post it... and be done w/ it.

he didn't manually put the draft class in with the FAs...he switched the draft date and the class got dumped and mixed in with the rest of the FAs by the computer...it's annoying, but just look at all the players 25 and under and see if they're worth considering...

and yes, since it's FAs, I think a snake draft is fair. The amateur draft will be straight as KoZ said...it wouldn't be fair for crappy teams to get what amounts to 2 amateur drafts due to an error...it's a one time thing

I agree with General and Prov here.

    A) Let the people do their own damn research
    B) Let it be a snake

Then out of fairness to the others you will be Slagathor.
