good luck...I just got my masters last year at 25 and I'm all set with anymore school for a while...plus, many PhD programs require that you did a thesis...I had a grad assistantship and the hospital I did it at wouldn't allow me to do one there, which was the only way I would have been able to do one due to time...so I had to take extra courses, do 2 other papers, and take comps instead

I am a Brak fan as well, but more through Space Ghost. I loved that show.

Space Ghost was amazing. I enjoyed the cartoon as a kid, and the Talk Show as a teen. Both were great.

That makes 3 then. All I have seen of Brak was on Space Ghost Coast to Coast. Season 1 was awesome.

I use the History part rather loosely. Yeah, I'll do all the history stuff (I am a history buff), but my research will be mainly based on contemporary American improvisational comedy and the guru of Chicago style improvisation - Del Close (if you've ever seen "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" he's the English teacher: "In what way does the author's use of *prison* metaphor..."). Think Mike Myers (not the Yankees lefty), the Upright Citizens Brigade, Tina Fey, Rachel Dratch, and more historically John Belushi, Bill Murray, John Candy et al. He taught them all.

I've been using brak as my internet signon since 96 or 97 I think. Wow. that's a long time. Came to it from Space Ghost Coast to Coast and Cartoon Planet.

I was *this* close to getting my MA/PhD in Pop Culture a few years back rather than going into Theatre.

I think there was an error:

    Download Full League Files
    Updated: N/A

also when I tried to download I got:

    "Not Found
The requested URL /bosi/sbsl.lg.zip was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/1.3.36 Server at sbsl.allsimbaseball.com Port 80"
